French Onion Miso Beans Ingredients:2 large white onions2 cans of butter beans4 cloves of garlic1 bay leaf1 tbsp miso, or more to taste500ml of beef stockParsley to garnishSalt, pepper, olive oilMethod:Slice the onions and sweat them right down with salt until they caramelise and go sticky and goldenthis will take about 20-25 minutes, you want to do it on a lowish heat.
